Metacognition – a fancy word for…………………

Metacognition, in psychological terms, is a fancy word for a tool or system that breaks a pattern within you and allows you to get past that pattern and move on…………… this is the perfect description for the Seven (7) Second Solution – a simply yet incredibly powerful tool for getting past the patterns of anxiety and allowing you to move on.

How long is seven (7) seconds………………..

That’s a strange question right? Think about it for a second (or 7!), take a look at your watch or phone and count down 7 clear seconds……………….

To start counting down from seven (7) also moves your mind away from the place it is going to when anxiety is launching itself towards you. It starts to break the pattern that would normally follow through to create your full on anxiety and possible even a panic attack.
