During this web presentation I talked about how to start feeling a bit better every day. Although I’m afraid to say……………

My passion really came out during this presentation as I talk about anxiety and how science has really moved our understanding of it forwards. I am so passionate that sometimes I have to catch myself and reel it in a little but I have a drive to help as many people stop suffering from this horrible condition that it overtakes me sometimes!
